GEOFENCED ATTENDANCE REGISTRY
Check-In & Check-Out from shifts based on your shift start & end time, geofenced location distance (10 meters or whatever defined)
PRESENCE CONFIRMATION
You can easily activate the Heartbeat feature which randomly and anonymously select a group of employees and asks them to confirm presence within 15 minutes. Then you can view the results from the management portal
UNCOUNTED ATTENDANCE
Once the employee finishes his Check-In & Check-Outs, the application will evaluate his attendance and then decides, based on pre-defined attributes, whether to consider the attendance complete or send it to his direct manager.
ATTENDANCE APPROVALS
Designated for direct manager, where they can view their team's uncounted attendance, reasons for approvals, and employee's behavior over the past month.
Managers can chat and clarify the reason for the abnormal attendance or absence with the employee and take action on whether to approve or reject.
APPROVALS & ACTIONS
Managers will decide whether to approve the uncounted attendance or take action on it.
The approvals is limited for any manager, based on pre-defined attribute. For example, the manager can approve up to 5 times per month, after which the application will force him to take action.
Actions taken will be a recommendation done by the manager (Deduct Quarter Day, Deduct Half Day, Let HR Decide, etc...). Once the manager takes an action, the approval will then go to a moderator (usually HR personnel/manager) to finally decide the action taken.
PROFILE
The employees can view their profile, upcoming weekly shifts, locations allowed to register attendance from, etc..

Employees will be able to view their assigned schedule one week ahead
FACE & ID REGISTER
This option is explicitly available to certain employee, as per the management decision.
The option allows the employee to register attendance for other employees by taking picture of their face or scanning their Qatari ID card.
The face recognition service is very accurate, it evaluates the results based on the pre-defined employee's image uploaded through the portal.
ARABIC INTERFACE
All features inside the application are one click away from translating into Arabic. Simply the user can switch the interface from English to Arabic from the menu options.
EARLY & LATE PERMISSIONS
Employees can request an early permission if they are willing to leave their duty earlier from their scheduled time, also if they are willing to come late to work the can apply and get approval directly from their managers.

USER MANAGEMENT
Create, edit, and view user's availability through the user management section.
The access to the management portal is defined by the master user where he can allow other users to access the portal with either limited or full options.
User management includes creating new users to login to the Attendz app, reset passwords, grant portal access, limit functionalities to users based on what options they can access and what departments they are able to view.
DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT
Create and edit departments or treat the departments as teams if you like
LOCATION MANAGEMENT
Users can create and define locations using the integrated google maps feature.
Simply by dragging and dropping a pin and giving a name to the location, the location can then be assigned to users.
For each location created, portal users can either grant or revoke access to the application users
SHIFT MANAGEMENT & ASSIGNMENT
Portal users can define and edit existing shifts.Â
The application supports all kinds of shifts (straight, overnight, split, split overnight, etc..)
After defining shifts, the users can assign users to the designated shift.
Additionally, then can edit shifts for employees based on range of dates, custom range (eg. all Mondays, and Thursdays) or day by day shift.
DAILY & MONTHLY REPORT
On-time reports are available though the portal to view day-by-day attendance, location on Google Maps, status of the daily card approvals, etc..
Also, they can view the full monthly behavior for each employee.
NOTIFICATIONS
Users can send customized notifications to bulk number of employees or individually selected ones.

The Answers You Need
WHY DO I NEED A DIGITAL ATTENDANCE SYSTEM?
Attendz saves cost on your business. Calculating the unwanted expenses caused by employees' discipline vanishes when you introduce Attendz to your business. Additionally, it saves hassle on HR team to follow up for and against each employee when closing a payroll. By Attendz, you and your team will have a clear visibility on all of your employees.
DOES ATTENDZ FORGE MY PRIVACY?
Attendz is owned by Talent Bots L.L.C. which is a legally registered company at the state of Delaware, USA. We greatly respect privacy and our approved policies clearly states each and every single aspect the application uses.
To be clear, we never ask the user consent to access photos or any private data, we only ask to the user's consent to read the location WHILE USING THE APP. Based on that, if the application asks you for any of that, just deny it.
CAN WE READ LOCATIONS AT ANYTIME AND ANYWHERE? EVEN WHEN THE APP IS NOT RUNNING?
No, definitely No. We clearly state in our policy that we ask the user's consent to give permission to the app to read location "While Using The App". We never, and we will never, require at anytime an "Always Allow" for our app. We read the user's location once he click on a location verification request.
WHERE IS MY DATA SAVED? AND IS IT SAFE AGAINST ATTACKERS?
The application totally runs on Microsoft Azure's cloud platform. We use the most of Azure's capabilities to protect our services from any attack. We also preserve local-redundant backup copies in our main operational Azure Zones, and also at other geo-redundant Azure zones. All of the client registered data is completely wiped-out 45 days after the subscription ends.
IS THE APPLICATION FORTIFIED AGAINST GPS SPOOFING?
Yes, we use a variety of technologies to prevent location mock-up or spoofing. Additionally, if any user attempts to use any of the spoofing features, the application automatically reports the incident to his management.
